Will my product have visible layer lines?
Yes, usually. Layer lines are a normal characteristic of fused-filament 3D printing. We tune and finish each product appropriately, but it will not look identical to an injection-moulded item.
How long does an order take?
Because many items are printed to order, production time varies by product, size and quantity. The relevant estimate will be shown on the product page and confirmed for custom work.
Can you change the colour or size?
Available options are shown on each listing. If the exact version you need is not listed, send us a custom-print enquiry and we will check what is practical.
Can I supply my own 3D model?
Yes. You must own the design or have permission to reproduce it. We will review the file for printability and confirm material, price and lead time before production.
Can personalised items be returned?
Items made specifically to your instructions are treated differently from standard products. Please review the personalised-products and returns policies before ordering.
